This solo exhibition will feature recent works by Augustus Francis, showcasing paintings that convey the artist’s unique approach to abstraction. Francis’s practice is guided by what he terms “flow painting,” the physical manipulation of the paint as it is poured straight onto the canvas. The works on view capture this fluidity of movement through lush, jewel-toned compositions. |
